Sharon – Paul will be missed greatly by the local community dedicated to preserving Isle of Wight County history. Paul was very active helping the Gravesite Survey Task Force document over 12,000 previously unlisted interment sites in the county. He was a great contributor to the Fort Huger Task Force as our representative to the Archeological Society of Virginia that found the actual locations of the gun emplacements at Civil War Fort Huger. Paul’s outstanding contribution to the history of our county is fully documented in the various publications related these and other efforts to preserve our local history. My sincere condolence to you and your family. – Albert
