In loving memory of Elizabeth Anne (Williams) Blanc, born September 18, 1950, in Paintsville, Kentucky. She leaves her husband, Robert Blanc of Newport News, Va, to mourn her tremendous loss.
She also leaves her two children, her son Kenneth Oakes of Santa Barbara, CA., and her daughter Heather McMahan of Louisville, Ohio; four siblings, Linda Castle and husband of New Kent County, Va., Wilma Jean Williams of San Yesidro, California, and her two brothers Andy Williams and wife of Portsmouth, VA., and Larry Williams of Newport News, VA. Also there are many nieces and nephews to mourn her loss…
Elizabeth attended Olimpia College in Washington State and Stark State Technical College in North Canton, Ohio…
She will be remembered as someone who never met a stranger, and was always willing to help lift the Spirits of those who traveled with a heavy burden…..
Arrangements in care of Peninsula Funeral Home and inurnment at Peninsula Memorial Gardens.

There will be no services, and inurnment at Peninsula Memorial Park will be private.
Arrangements are under the care of Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, Virginia.

I’m so sorry for your loss Linda, Larry, Jean and Andy. I didn’t know her well but I do remember how nice she was to me when she was at your Mom and Dad’s. God bless you all.
