In loving memory of Elizabeth Anne (Williams) Blanc, born September 18, 1950, in Paintsville, Kentucky. She leaves to mourn her husband, Robert Blanc of Newport News, Virginia; her siblings, Linda Castle (New Kent County, Virginia), Wilma Jean Williams (San Yesidro, California), Andy Williams (Portsmouth, Virginia), and Larry Williams (Newport News, Virginia); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth attended Olympic College in Washington State and Stark State Technical College in North Canton, Ohio. She will be remembered as someone who never met a stranger and who was always willing to help lift the spirits of those traveling with a heavy burden.
There will be no services, and inurnment at Peninsula Memorial Park will be private.
Arrangements are under the care of Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, Virginia.
