He was by far my best friend in high school. We still kept in touch since then (even though I haven’t lived in VA for over 40 years). His laugh, smile and unwavering dedication to his friends, the high school and his Family were unmatched. I will forever miss the “big” shoulders I leaned on and his kind/thoughtful words when I was down. My whole family loved him. Prayers to his extended family and the BHS alumni.

We all have that “one” amazing individual who touched our lives. Dino was that person to me. Even though I haven’t lived in my hometown since I graduated college, we always kept in touch. He was the true meaning of school spirit at our high school, and his antics were legendary, but his friendship was pure gold. He was a part of my family and my parents considered him another son. His laugh and smile will be forever missed. Prayers to all who knew him and his family.

So many memories that I cherish to this day. Dino, you were everything a true friend should be and I am so grateful and honored that you have been a part of my life for over forty years. I know your Mom is rejoicing in having both of her boys again. We had a crazy thunderstorm this evening at the time of your viewing and service and I couldn’t help but think, Stacy and Dino must have Chicago on blast for all of us! Until we meet again, rest easy sweet friend.
