Our thoughts and prayers for comfort are with Todd’s family at this time. We met Todd several years ago at Grandstands, a restaurant that he visited often. He would always greet us with “what’s going on guys.” We will truly miss him and our long conversations. Until we meet again.

I have great memories of Todd from when I worked at York-Poquoson Circuit Court from 2002 until 2018. He had a great personality and we always would joke with one another. I always appreciated his sense of humor and he always made my day. I know he will be missed by many. Prayers of comfort for all that knew him.

My condolences to all that shared the joy of knowing Todd. Though it has been years since we last spoke, he always asked after me at Anna’s Pizza and that meant everything at some points throughout my life. I will continue to remember Todd often and fondly.
