I attended church with the Cartwrights at the newly constructed LDS church in Hampton, VA. Vernon’s mother played the piano. Vernon and Shirley visited in my family home on Clinton Drive with my parents. It was the home of the Campbell’s. That was many years ago but left good memories with me. My heartfelt condolences for the Cartwright family.
