To Sheila’s family and friends, I have only just now learned this sad news. I am deeply sorry for your loss and can only think that she is now in a better place. Sheila and I grew up across the street from each other in Newport News and shared a love of music. In fact, we used to practice in the family’s garage. I remember that she loved the band Firefall and we would practice a number of their songs. I used to tell her that I thought that she had one of the most beautiful singing voices that I had ever heard and that she should pursue music as a career because I thought that she was truly that good. Rest in peace Sheila you have earned it.
