Around the mid 2000s, Larry was a constant sounding board for me around my career and life. We also talked about family, our similar trucks, and his long career building ships, faith, and politics. We had many weekends at our homes or on trips to Edisto & Kiawah Islands, etc. I watched him catch a big bass once. We went camping once, too. Larry had immense good nature and old school class. He loved and talked about his kids, grands, and other family. His wisdom was vast but he was easy and not quick to assert his advice. His voice and his pipe smoke aroma were smooth and soothing, like he was.

  5. Jean Foster

Larry was a best friend in High School and during our early adult years. We ended up these last years attending Harvest Fellowship. I will always remember how good natured Larry was. He loved our Lord Jesus Christ and his heart and actions showed it.

  6. Flora Randall

My deepest Condolences to the Grizzle family on your loss. Any time we lose someone, and especially someone close it is very heartbreaking. My prayers are with you, just remember the many splendid times shared. Worked several years in the engineering and design initial phase with brother Dallas on the Ford project.
