Faye was a special friend to my sister, Virginia and to me. We both loved her and her family. I know they are already visiting together in Heaven. I will miss her, but I know she was ready to meet her Savior.

Faye was very special to my family. She was always smiling and had nothing but optimistic things to say. She and my mother (Mable) worked very closely together at the Parkview Day Care and Academy. On top of being so much a part of my church life she even coordinated my wedding with Susan. Also if they have an Arts & Crafts department up in Heaven I am sure she now runs it. Oh what a great Fortner family reunion they are having up in Heaven right now!

Ms. Fortner was very special to me. When she moved into the retirement community I worked at we became very close right away. She was always there to attend all activities, she would even volunteer to call bingo and help with anything possible. She would call me every week when I left and went to my new job. I visited her as much as possible, I was very sad and heartbroken to hear of her passing. She will always hold a special place in my heart. I have the beautiful gift that her other residents and their families all had made for me. Every time I look at it I’m reminded of why I was there and just how special her and so many of the other residents were to me. I love you Ms. Fortner, I know you are no longer in pain and you are happy to be reunited with your husband and other family members that have passed on. Love always Jane ❤️
