Harold P. Todd, 81, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023. He retired from Newport News Shipbuilding after 40 years as an Inspection Supervisor. Harold won numerous trophies in baseball, golf, and arm wrestling. He was the 1A National Arm-Wrestling Champion.

Harold was predeceased by his daughter, Kimberly Surles.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Brenda Todd; sister, Diane Watts-Barker (Harry); brother, John D. Todd (Angie); along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023, at Peninsula Funeral Home. A burial will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
