Nothing will ever be the same without you, David. I’ll never see a smoker (BBQ) and not think of you. I’ll never cook hush puppies and not think of you. I’ll never eat Brunswick stew and not think of you. I’ll never forget our great big fish fry last year at Ed Allen’s. I’ll never forget your “special camping chairs”. Cherrystone will forever remind me of that cold and windy Memorial Day weekend where you had to go buy warm clothes because you only packed shorts. So many great memories with you that I will forever cherish. I’m going to miss you, David. Until we meet again.

I had the pleasure of working with David at HRSD. He was so good hearted and was always willing to help. I retired several years ago and was saddened to hear of David being sick and having to retire early. May he RIP and I wish Peace and Comfort to the family during this difficult timeπŸ™
