I am sorry we were away the week of the service. Barbara was so sweet to us when we moved to VA 29 years ago. She did the flowers for our wedding and was such a kind person. She will be missed.

Just came across Barbara’s obituary. Barbara and I were best friends in grade school. I moved to Warwick but we still stayed in touch. She will always be in my heart. Whenever we got in trouble I always got the spanking and she got talked to. She said she would rather have the spanking but we knew our mothers would not agree to let us trade punishment. I am so glad we got together when I was in town a couple years ago. She had an awesome smile and. So sorry for your loss. Betty Gregory Roper in Arizona
