Franko Coleman, 83, of Newport News, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. He was a native of Slovenia and had been a resident of Newport News for 49 years. Franko was a mechanic/owner of European Motors, Inc. and operated the business for 45 years. Franko was preceded in death by his mother, Luigia Coleman, father, Carlos Coleman, sister, Helen Blanchard, and brother David Coleman. He is survived by his spouse of 64 years, Blanka Coleman; son, Robert Coleman; daughter, Neli Coleman; three grandchildren, Bianka Masters, Carrie Williams, and Melissa Williams; daughter-in-law, Robin Williams. We have lost one of the best and a dear friend in the European automotive business.
So very sorry for the family and looved ones.
