Glenn Hooper, 40, passed away on November 5, 2021 in Newport News. He is survived by his brother, Joseph Hooper (Beth); grandparents, Dwight and Dot Beasley; aunt, Denise Beasley; uncle Devin Beasley (Leigh); and nieces, Allison and Heidi.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
