I lost my beautiful mother to Alzheimer’s Disease. She remained so peaceful and kind to the end. Very unusual but then so was she. I took good care of her at home for these past three years. What an honor and absolute joy to have been able to do so. I always considered my mom to be so beautiful, kind and humble. She has taught me so much over my 58 years and I’m so thankful to have had such a wonderful mom. I am truly blessed. I always promised my mom I would never forget her. How could I, she was the center of my universe, my best friend. She also lost her other son due to cancer several months ago. But what an awesome reunion that must have been in heaven. I love you mom, I Will Always Love You. …Robert
Elizabeth, always known to me as Betty Jean, was my first cousin. We were so close and loved each other dearly. We both had birthdays in the same month but a year difference in our age. I remember vividly the many sleepovers we had growing up and the many times we spent laughing and talking together. Betty was a beautiful person, not only on the outside but also inside. She never had anything bad to say about a person. She indeed was one-of-a-kind. When she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years ago it was such a shock. Through it all until the time came when she no longer understood, she was so precious and so beautiful. I will always cherish the times I spent with her during her illness. On Sunday afternoons I would go visit and enjoyed so much being with her. When she could sing we would have such fun. Then came the Sundays when she no longer understood and it would break my heart. Her son, Robert, was so special to her and what an outstanding job he did of taking care of her. Now that she is no longer with us, we sorrow but rejoice in the fact knowing that she is in Heaven and has a new body and a new mind. I’m looking forward to that grand and glorious day when we will be together again. I love you, Betty. Your cousin, Frances
Words cannot express the feeling I have in my heart for Mrs. Elizabeth beeler. I am one of her caregivers Emma Edwards, and she was one of the best clients that I have ever had. She was very picky about her house if she seen a spot on the floor you had to get it right away Always have to dust she was very clean. Very neat and beautiful from inside and out. She’s definitely gonna be missed when I went to visit and she was just laying in that bed. It took a lot out of me, but knowing now that she’s in a better place and we will always have her in our hearts. I love you Elizabeth beeler , I know now you have your wings. I’ll see you again someday. Love you always Emma.
