Nancy H. Gause passed away in Newport News on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. She was a native of Lexington, VA, and a resident of Newport News for the past 70 years.
Nancy was an analyst for the US Army at Fort Monroe for 20 years. While there, she earned many awards, including one that she received in Washington, D.C.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gause.
She is survived by her sister, Lou Murray; nephew, Keith Murray (Chisty); and their sons, Dylan and Tyler; and nephew, Jason Small.
There will be a visitation at Peninsula Funeral Home on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
