Michael Edward Kwiatkowski, Sr, 73, passed away on February 19, 2025, in Toano, Virginia. He was the husband of Jane Margaret (Lemaster) Kwiatkowski. They had been married for 48 years.
He was born on April 19, 1951, in Fremont, Ohio. He was the son of Frank Michael Kwiatkowski and Minnie Lou Camden and a graduate of Fremont High School, Fremont, Ohio. Michael was honorably discharged from the Navy after serving 22 years. He was an avid lover of sci-fi, guns, and computers.
Michael is survived by his sisters Joanne Kwiatkowski, Ann Deming, Suzanne Cantrell, his sister-in-law Jean Stringham, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins, and preceded in death by Barb Rodgers (deceased),
His beloved children, Michael Edward Kwiatkowski, Jr., John David Kwiatkowski, and Tara Lynn (Kwiatkowski) Young, and grandchildren Zachary, Cheyanne, Zoey, Jace, Jax, Lilyanne, and Jazmine, also survive him.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Boulevard, Newport News, Virginia 23601.
