Darla M. Lynch

Darla M. Lynch, 66, was born on June 21, 1959 in Ohio and passed away on November 22, 2025 in Virginia. Darla made Virginia her home for the past 12 years, where she devoted her life to her family, her home, and those she loved most.

A devoted mother and homemaker, Darla found her greatest joy in nurturing and supporting her family. She was also a proud Navy wife, standing faithfully beside her husband throughout his service with strength, loyalty, and unwavering love.

Darla loved playing bingo, especially with her daughter. This activity brought her laughter, excitement, and precious memories. She was an active member of T.O.P.S. (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly), Chapter 0385, where she found encouragement, friendship, and community.

She dearly loved her family and held a deep and enduring love for her husband, who remained her steadfast companion for 43 years.

Darla will be remembered for her warmth, her humor, her compassion, and the comfort she brought to every room she entered. She leaves behind a legacy of devotion, resilience, and affection that will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Darla was preceded in death by her parents, Malone England and Mazie Tackett England; her brothers, Danny England, David England, and Dane England; her sister, Debra England; and her niece, Krystal Allen.

She is survived by her loving husband, James P. Lynch; her sons, Joseph P. Lynch and Brandon J Lynch (Vy); her daughter, Heather Hartman (Allen); her grandchildren, Cameron Hartman, Eric James Lynch, Elliott Hartman, Noah Hartman, and Chyenne Lynch; and her sister, Diana England Lynch.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Peninsula Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Peninsula Funeral Home.

May her memory be a blessing, and may her spirit continue to shine brightly in the lives of all she touched while she plays Bingo in Heaven.
