James Stanley Vinson
James Stanley Vinson, 64, passed away on October 24, 2021. He was a native of Kentucky and a resident of Newport News. James was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a semiconductor engineer.
James is survived by his wife of 40 years, Robin Chalmers Vinson; sons, Tom Vinson and Robert Vinson; parents, Winnie Nell Vinson and Carey Vinson, Jr.; and brothers, Carey Vinson, Sr. and Forrest Vinson.
Services will be held in Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the care of Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.
