Ryan had a personality that would light up any room. He was quick on his feet, funny, engaging, and resourceful. One of his greatest gifts to others was the bright smile he carried with him. A smile so bright and warm that it would instantly carry over to you. You saw him and you knew a good laugh was in store for you. We are grateful for the time we had with him, and he will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Pangle-Wiggins, and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Betty Pangle.

Ryan leaves to mourn….Father – Dale T. Wiggins;  Son – Izayah Wiggins age 9;  Daughter – Adalynn Wiggins age 4;  Siblings – Devin Wiggins & Darren Wiggins;  Paternal Grandparents – George and Martha Wiggins;  and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.
