Josie Todd Gurganus, 75, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020.  She was a resident of Hampton and had been a Registered Nurse since 1989.

Josie was a member of Parkview Church of God, member of the Christian Woman’s Group – Abiding In the Vine Family Life Ministries “John 15:5” and a member of the Tuesday Quilting Group of the Church of the Nazarene.  Josie also enjoyed traveling.

Josie is survived by two sons, Trey Gurganus and Joseph T. Gurganus (Khristi); four grandchildren, Macy, Joey, Jessica, Tyler; one great-grandchild, Emma; two brothers, Jim Todd and Thomas Todd; sister, Sallie Starr; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to visit Peninsula Funeral Home to sign the register book and pay respects while Josie lies in state on Saturday, January 2, 2021, from 10:00 to 5:00 p.m.
