Jamie Louise Londeree, 66, of Yorktown, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Mary Immaculate Hospital.  Jamie was a native of Virginia and had lived in Yorktown for the past 17 years.  She was a Line Worker for Sea Tech.  Jamie was a member of the Church of God.

Jamie was preceded in death by her mother, Maggie Lorene Wilson (Gibson), father, James Edward Gibson, her brother James Edward Gibson, Jr., and son, Joseph John Martel.  She is survived by her husband of almost 16 years, John Glenn Londeree, son James Richard Martel; three grandchildren, Alyssa Mackenzie Settle, Huntsville Alabama, Emily Martel, Hayes Virginia and Aubrey Martel of Hayes Virginia; stepdaughters, Emanda and Amandee; seven step-grandchildren; four sisters, Lynda Faye Clingan, Newport News Virginia, Betty Jean Dutcher, Rome, New York, Judy Carol Harris, Newport News and Sharon Ann Garland, Hayes, Virginia; 11 nieces and seven nephews; two aunts, Pat King and Sharon Smith; and uncle Donnie Wilson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at New Life Ministry Center, 3450 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes VA 23072.

Jamie’s journey on earth may have ended, but her legacy continues through the strength she demonstrated, the lives she touched, and the cherished memories held by those who knew her.
