Jacqueline (Jackie) King Haney of Newport News Virginia passed into the loving arms of our Lord on Monday, November 8, 2021, after a brief illness. Jackie was born in Clinton NC to Milton and Annie Belle King.  She was a member of Parkview Methodist Church, loved her church family, and cherished the monthly lunches with her high school friends.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Lisa Anne McLaughlin, and granddaughters, Ashley Owens and Moriah Haney. She is survived by her daughters Debra Howell (Ray), Brenda Stedman, and a son Michael Haney; and two very special friends, Duchess Sicay and Candy Whitley.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, November 15, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Peninsula Memorial Park in Newport News.

The family would like to thank The Williamsburg Hospice House for the compassionate care Jackie received from the staff. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Williamsburg Hospice House 4445, Powhatan Pkwy., Williamsburg VA 23188.
