Billy Joe Elliott
Billy Joe Elliott, 79, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021.
Billy is survived by his wife, Winnie Hogge Elliott; five children, Billy Hascal Elliott, Amanda Renee Hall, Carrie Ann Hartle, Donna Lynne Laney, and Michael Lloyd Nelson; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jean Lewis and Susie Maxwell.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Peninsula Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Peninsula SPCA, 523 J. Clyde Morris Boulevard, Newport News, VA 23601.
