Pamela Anderson Earnest of Newport News, 80 years old, passed away on the morning of Saturday, January 11th, 2025.
She was a native of Newport News and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy Anderson.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Lisa at 3 years old, and Jill at 9 months, and survived by her husband of 59 years David, two sons Steven and Michael, two sisters Charlotte and Judy, and 3 grandchildren she completely adored: Alexa, Adam, and Carolyn.
She graduated from Warwick High School, Class of 62.
There will be a public viewing Thursday the 16th from 1:30 to 2:30pm at Peninsula Funeral Home located at the corner of Warwick Blvd. and Harpersville Road. Following the viewing, the Funeral Service will be held at 3pm at Peninsula Memorial Park, 12750 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA, 23606.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.

I worked with Pam at Denbigh Early Childhood School. She had a kind outgoing personality! She had an adventurous soul and I enjoyed hiking with her in the mountains! I have so many wonderful memories of her and will cherish them always!
