Duvana “Donna” Jerzak, 90, wife of the late Savery “Sam” Frank Jerzak of Newport News, VA, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Oconee Memorial Hospital in South Carolina.

A native of Chattanooga, TN, Mrs. Jerzak was the daughter of the late John C. Padgett and Ethel Royal Lanier.

Mrs. Jerzak is survived by her son, Hank Jerzak of FL; daughters, Duvana “Samie” Traister and Remona Steele, both of SC, and Debbie Hagan of MS; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Jerzak was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Ringen.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 12, 2024, at Peninsula Memorial Park in Newport News, VA.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Peninsula Funeral Home in Newport News, VA.
