Christopher Saint-John Aldridge, 52, passed away from this life Monday, May 8, 2023. He was a resident of Newport News. Christopher was realistic about life, and “I can help you or I can fix that”, type of person. He will be remembered as a loving, caring son, father, and grandfather, who never met a stranger.

Mr. Aldridge was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Irene Aldridge, and Marie Parter; grandfather, Carl Aldridge, Sr.; father, Carl Aldridge, Jr.; and sister, Jacla Aldridge.

He is survived by his children, Ashley Aldridge and Christopher Aldridge, Jr. (Taylor); four grandchildren, Daylen, Easton, Ryland, and Brody; parents, Lana and Carlton Woodman of Newport News; one niece, Raeah; and two great nephews, Kaeden and Luis; and great niece, Jacla.

A private family service will be held later.
