Todd Steven Franceschi, age 45, died at his home Saturday, April 29, 2023. 

He graduated from Ferguson High School.  Todd was a licensed electrician by trade and his passions were fishing, music, and his dog Althea.  He would often travel to music festivals and concerts.  If someone said “fishing” he was always ready to go. Todd had a huge heart and many friends.  He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Todd was preceded in death by his Father, Joseph (Danny) Franceschi, and his sister, Jennifer Franceschi Campbell. 

He is survived by his mother, Sheila Jones Franceschi; his brother, Michael (Melody) Franceschi; aunts, Susan Franceschi (Gary Bridges), Antionette Durick; uncle, Eugene Franceschi (Claudia); and many cousins.

The Celebration of Life for Todd will be on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Liberty Live Church, 1021 Big Bethel Road in Hampton. The visitation is at 1:00 p.m. with the services starting at 2:00 p.m.

I want to thank all of you for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers. Todd was loved by all and he will be greatly missed. He joins his father and sister, Jennifer, in Heaven. He will always be just a thought away from us.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Peninsula Funeral Home in Newport News.
