Gregory Allen Tucker, 68, passed away on April 23, 2022. He was a native of Albemarle County, Virginia and a resident of Newport News for 65 years. Gregory was employed at Grapha Manufacturing as a machinist and retired after 28 years of service. He loved NASCAR, car shows and was a huge UVA fan.

Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, Shirley Fitzgerald Tucker and James W. Tucker, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Brittany Debusk and Eli Harvey. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Joyce Morris Tucker; daughters, Christine Rogers Rader and Melissa Hancock (Jason), sons, Anthony Harvey (Jennifer), David Harvey (Brianne) and Glenn Gordon Morris; grandchildren, Ashley Rogers, Austin, and Bryson Rader, Chad Tucker (Lauren), Kiley and Madison Branch, Cody Harvey (Laurie), Alexis Bacon (Brandon), Stephen Morris, Graham Harvey (Kaitlyn), Conner Morris, and Avery Harvey; great-grandchildren, Isaac, Chase and Landon Austin, Benjamin Tucker, Austin Pace, Elijah and Carson Bacon, Lane and Millie Harvey, and Charlotte Harvey.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.
