Elaine S. Masters, 85, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2021 from a long battle with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, William Masters of Poquoson and his children, Steve Masters and Laurie Stephenson; grandson, Jared Stephenson; her children, Susan Richter and Steve Lipmanson; and grandchildren, Meagan and Bobby Richter.

Elaine retired after many dutiful years of working in civil service at Fort Monroe, Virginia. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed anything having to do with surrounding herself with family and friends. She was full of life, love, and never met a stranger.

A private graveside service will be held at the Jewish Cemetery of the Virginia Peninsula.
