Lucille Virginia Bullock, 98, passed away on July 26, 2021. She was a native of Havre De Grace, Maryland and a resident of Newport News. Lucille enjoyed bowling and gardening and loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed babysitting many other children who she came to love as her own.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harris; daughter, Mary Margaret Moore and her husband, Charles; granddaughter, Patricia Clevenger; and great-granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn. She is survived by her daughters, Betty Snell (Ken), Peggy Everhart (Dan), and Lori Dameron (Stan); sons, Bob Bullock (Jackie) and Charles Bullock; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and cousin, Jackie and family.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., in Newport News. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 2, at Hampton Memorial Gardens, in Hampton.
