Catherine Underwood [Lee], aged 74, passed away on March 9, 2021. Her warmth, kindness, and laughter lit up a room. As a young adult, she loved to ski, practice judo, and explore the wilderness. She worked as a court reporter in Toronto’s criminal law courts until she met her husband Roger. They moved to Virginia, where she became an American citizen and lived a life of adventure and discovery. With an inquisitive mind, she returned to college later in life to complete a medical program.

Catherine is predeceased by her father, Lee Chum Woo [known as Bill] and her husband Roger Underwood. She will be missed by her sisters Linda and Mae, niece Christine, and nephews Russ, Kevin, and Finn.
Her love of the Lord sustained her through her many illnesses.

Catherine’s family would like to thank the Riverside Regional Medical Centre doctors and nurses for their kind and compassionate care. They also thank Joan Merriweather and Mary Beth Powell.
