Zell Perry Howard, 9 months, of Newport News, Virginia returned home to his Father in Heaven on May 10, 2021.

Zell was known to make others laugh and always had a smile on his face. He was affectionately known as “little squish” and “little dragon” by those that loved him.
Zell is survived by his parents, John Perry Howard and Sarah Ganoe; his older sister, Winter Lilium Ganoe; five grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his older sister, Salem Jade Fullerton.

A private celebration of life will be held in his honor.
